Titanium is considered to be the best or one
of the best frame materials because it's anti corrosive, strong, and
lightweight. Some manufacturers are marketing their frames as
titanium, but are not 100% titanium. Sometimes as little as 51% just
so they can say their titanium. Even the quality of manufacturers
using 100% titanium can vary considerably depending on the engineering
and welding of the frame. Flexon is a wonderful innovation in eyewear.
Although they are not 100% titanium, the resulting alloy is very
flexible and results in a frame with great livability.
